The Search Committee has concluded a series of Congregational Focus Groups.  Thank you to all of you who participated in one of these stimulating discussions.  You have helped us to enumerate congregational strengths and challenges.  You have weighed in on our priorities for the next few years.  And you have identified qualities you would like to see in our next minister.

            During October, our committee has been writimg the Congregational Record and preparing the packet describing the Winchester Unitarian Society to candidates.  We look forward to sharing these with you upon their completion.
