Call to Order
A Special Congregational Meeting of Winchester Unitarian Society was held on October 6, 2024, in the Sanctuary. It began at noon and was presided over by Martin Newhouse as Moderator, with Ginger Hanson as Clerk.

Motions
Motion: Moved by Elizabeth Lintz and seconded that: Article I – To authorize the Treasurer, subject to the approval of the Standing Committee, to borrow the funds needed (approximately $36,800) to complete the upgrade of the Society’s current solar panel array, for the shortest period and on the best terms available for the loan. The motion was carried unanimously.
Motion: Moved by Dave Fonseca and seconded that Article II – To approve the withdrawal of up to $150,000 from the Meyer Fund to pay for the replacement of the Society’s current boiler and burner and any associated project costs. The motion was carried unanimously.
