Cultivating Self-Compassion

Compassion is lifted up as a virtue in most of the world’s religions, with good reason. In Western culture though, we tend to think of compassion as a two-party interaction – compassion flows from one person to another. We are in relationship with ourselves, however, and thus it is also an important spiritual practice to offer ourselves compassion as well. Join as we expore how the cultivating self-compassion can transform our lives and maybe even the world.
