Buzzwords that are meant to categorize people or hide intolerant undertones are becoming too common. We need to maintain our ability to accept people with differences, and to be open to new ideas and different ways of looking at things, while continuing to strive to make the world a better place. Part of this journey is to strengthen our abilities to discuss ideas with people who disagree with us.
